Jill Reich is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in HR, shared services, IT, marketing, and customer service across large organizations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Learning Links since November 2023, Jill previously held the position of Director at Jill Reich and Associates. Notable past roles include Director of Customer and Transformation and Director of Customer, People and Systems at Uniting, where Jill focused on enhancing customer and employee experiences through transformational initiatives. Jill's expertise extends to strategic planning as the General Manager of Strategy at NRMA and experience in organisational effectiveness at Optus. An educational background that includes an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Master's in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney complements Jill's consultancy efforts and pro bono work with the Bright Alliance.

Learning Links is an Australian charity and not-for-profit organisation. Our mission is to provide children and young people who have difficulties learning with the skills, services and family support that enable them to reach their full potential. Our vision is to create a community where difficulties learning and disadvantage are no longer a barrier to a fulfilling life. We provide a range of support for children and families, including early childhood intervention, assessments, literacy and numeracy programs, speech therapy, psychological therapy and group programs. Our team also offers a wide range of professional development opportunities for teachers and allied health professionals. We work with children, families, schools and professionals throughout Sydney and NSW. We have Learning Centres in Alexandria, Bella Vista, Gledswood Hills, Liverpool, Oatley and Peakhurst. Our Learning Links Preschool is located in Peakhurst, NSW. Our services bring together a range of experts including early childhood professionals, teachers, psychologists, speech pathologists and occupational therapists, to support each child's strengths and challenges and to help each family achieve their goals.
