Senior Director, Digital Marketing, Analytics & Insights at Learning Resources

Laura Sterba has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Merchandising Manager, Omnichannel, leading the transformation to a "digital first" approach within the SMB segment and increasing profitability. Laura also played a key role in the successful relaunch of the Reliable.com website. From 2007 to 2011, Laura was the Merchandising Manager, D2C Channel, and from 2005 to 2007, they held the position of Merchandising Manager, B2B Vertical Markets, where they managed the merchandising strategy for various vertical markets.

Laura's early career includes roles at Boise Office Solutions, where they served as the Manager of Direct Marketing Media from 2002 to 2005, an Analyst in Direct Marketing from 1999 to 2002, and an Assistant Buyer from 1995 to 1999.
