Sylvia Karlson has a diverse work experience in marketing and creative roles. Sylvia started their career at GL Homes as a Web and Graphics Coordinator in 2005 and worked there until 2012. Sylvia then joined Learning Sciences International in 2012, where they held various positions including Creative Manager, Manager Marketing, and Marketing Operations Manager. In 2022, they joined FreshBooks as a Marketing Operations Manager.
Sylvia Karlson attended The Art Institutes from 1997 to 1998, where they studied Computer Animation. Sylvia later returned to The Art Institutes in 2003 and completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Graphic Design in 2004.
