Charity R. is a People Operations and Organizational Development expert with a background in psychology. They have held various HR roles at Learning Without Tears, including Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Manager, and HR Coordinator, where they focused on recruitment strategies and employee development. Charity began their career as a CSC Receptionist at Arlington County in 2016. They earned an Associate's degree in Psychology from Northern Virginia Community College and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from George Mason University.
