Jessica S. has a diverse work experience history. Jessica started their career as a Site Director at CampFire USA in 2002 and then worked as a Special Education Teacher's Assistant at Rockbrook Elementary School from 2002 to 2006. Jessica also coached girls' soccer at Azzurri Soccer Club from 1998 to 2006 and at Papillion-La Vista School District from 2003 to 2005. In 2006, Jessica joined Ervin and Smith Advertising as an Account Executive, where they managed client projects and conducted research and event planning. Later, they transitioned into the education industry and took on various roles at Learning Without Tears, including Customer Outreach Coordinator, National Curriculum and Outreach Specialist/Territory Manager, Customer Outreach Manager, National Sales Manager, and Manager of Customer Success. Jessica eventually became the Vice President of Customer Success at Learning Without Tears in March 2023. Throughout their roles, Jessica has demonstrated strong leadership, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to drive sales and revenue growth.

Jessica S. pursued their education starting in 1999 by attending Papillion LaVista Highschool. Jessica completed their high school diploma in this institution in 2002. Jessica then enrolled in the College of Saint Mary from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business. In 2007, Jessica S. continued their education at the College of Saint Mary and completed a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership in 2008. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in December 2022.
