Anisha Hullihen, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success, Account Management & Support at Car IQ Inc., where efforts have led to a 10x increase in revenue through strategic initiatives and enhanced service capabilities. With extensive experience in customer success leadership across multiple companies, including Propeller Industries and Corvee, Anisha has demonstrated a strong ability to drive client retention and revenue growth, achieving impressive metrics such as a 250% increase in upsell revenue and a 95% renewal rate. Anisha also founded AHspire Consulting to promote human-centered approaches in operational strategies and serves as a Founding Mentor for Women in Customer Success.
