Cecilie Kjær Svendsen

Cecilie Kjær Svendsen has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Cecilie began their career as an Ekspedient at Matas A/S, followed by a similar role at Inspiration A/S in 2011. In 2016, they worked as a Specialestuderende and HR-praktikant at McDonald's. In 2017, they moved to emmerys organic bakery & coffee as an HR-konsulent. In 2019, they returned to McDonald's as an Operations Assistent. In 2020, they moved to Food Folk Danmark ApS (McDonald's i Danmark) as a Nordic Coordinator & Project Manager. Most recently, they began working as a People and Operations Manager at Learningbank in 2022.

Cecilie Kjær Svendsen obtained a Bachelor in Communication and Digital Media from Aalborg Universitet København in 2015, followed by a Kandidat in Kommunikation from the same university in 2017. Prior to that, they completed an HHX from Svendborg Erhvervsskole in 2011, with a field of study in Afsætning. In 2019, they obtained a PI BA & PI CA certification from Humanostics.
