Katrine Schelbli

Katrine Schelbli has over 14 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Katrine began their career in 2006 as a Restaurant Chef at McDonald's Valby. In 2009, they moved to McDonald's Danmark, where they held the roles of HR Consultant, Field Service Consultant, and National Operations Consultant. In 2017, they joined Food Folk Danmark ApS (McDonald's i Danmark) as Nordic Head of Employee Experience, Nordic HR Project Manager, HR Manager, and Senior HR Consultant. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Learningbank A/S.

Katrine Schelbli attended Copenhagen Business School from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a HD in Økonomistyring og procesledelse.
