Krishnesh Nayak is an experienced instructional designer and leader in the field of learning design, currently serving as Lead - Learning Design at LearningMate since May 2021. Previously, Krishnesh held various leadership roles at Toastmasters International, including Vice President of Membership, Associate Program Quality Director, Club President, Charter Vice President Education, Division Director, and Area Director. This diverse experience reflects a strong commitment to quality program management, stakeholder engagement, and supporting member growth. Prior to Toastmasters, Krishnesh worked as an Instructional Designer at Symbiosis Educational Consultants and LINC Education, and served as Corporate Relations Manager at Inspiria Knowledge Campus. Educationally, Krishnesh is pursuing a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Sri Sri University, holds an Executive MBA in Marketing & HR from Icfai Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology.
