Payal Mukherjee

Payal Mukherjee is an accomplished professional in the field of instructional design and learning experience architecture, currently serving as Director at LearningMate since October 2024. Previous experience includes significant roles at Infopro Learning, Inc.where Payal held positions such as AVP Learning Experience Architecture and Director-Learning Experience Architecture from January 2020 to October 2024. Prior to this, Payal worked at HurixDigital as Director of Instructional Design, and at Tata Interactive Systems in multiple senior roles including Director of Instructional Design. Early career experiences include roles at U.S. Bank as a Teller, Best Buy as a Customer Service Specialist, and Tata Interactive Systems as a Lead Content Specialist. Payal holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communication and Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, both from the University of Calcutta.
