Russell Reddock is a highly experienced Agile and DevOps professional currently serving as a Top Tier Trainer at Skillsoft and a Product, Agile & DevOps Transformation Leader at Wells Fargo. With a robust background in Agile coaching through Reddock Enterprises, Russell has successfully trained teams and organizations in various SAFe methodologies and Scrum practices. Previous roles include Enterprise Agile & DevOps Coach positions at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Aaron's, Inc., where Russell led cultural transformations and drove Agile adoption. Throughout a career spanning over a decade, Russell has also held pivotal positions at GE Power, HID Alliance, and other organizations, demonstrating expertise in continuous improvement, training, and leadership development.
