Samuel G. is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Specialist at Learning Tree International since January 2002, Samuel G. manages the help desk and provides technical support while ensuring system availability in line with the CIA triad principles. Previously, as Lead Lab Technician, oversight of hardware and software components was provided, along with delivering multi-tiered incident support to a clientele of approximately 275 individuals each month.
