Vicki Daughtry

Vicki Daughtry, M.A., PMP, is a seasoned leadership and effectiveness coach with extensive experience in corporate training and organizational development. Currently serving as a Leadership and Effectiveness Coach at Changing the Balance since March 2020, Vicki enhances clients' leadership and communication skills while promoting work/life balance. As a Senior Instructor at Learning Tree International since January 2004, Vicki delivers global corporate training on various topics including emotional intelligence, project management, and Agile methodologies. Vicki's previous roles include Senior Director of Coaching and Organizational Development at The Gratitude Network, where significant improvements in diversity and program impact were achieved, and a background in education as an adjunct faculty member in English and communications at multiple universities. Vicki holds a Master’s degree in English and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
