Tetyana Astashkina

Tetyana Astashkina is a professional with a diverse range of work experiences. Currently, they serve as a General Partner at LearnLaunch Accelerator, where they invest in pre-seed education technology startups focusing on equity and access in education. Tetyana provides executive coaching and immersive learning experiences for entrepreneurs and offers follow-on funding based on milestones. Prior to this role, they worked as a Venture Partner at LearnLaunch Accelerator and as an Advisor at CareAcademy.com.

Tetyana is also involved in various advisory roles. Tetyana is an Advisory Board Member at World Education, a Co-Founder of EdInno, and had also served as a Venture Partner at TA Ventures.

Before their venture capital activities, Tetyana worked as a Strategic Partner, Principal, and VP Markets at btov Partners for almost a decade. Tetyana also had experience as a Student Assistant at European University Viadrina, where they researched the institutional order of the European Union. Additionally, they worked as an Intern in the research division "Russian Federation/ CIS" at Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik, providing analysis on foreign policy issues.

Tetyana Astashkina 🇺🇦 pursued their education in various institutions, starting with their Bachelor's and Master's Degree in International Relations and World Politics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv between 1999 and 2004. Later, from 2004 to 2007, they attended European-University Viadrina and earned their MA in European Studies. Additionally, in 2004, they briefly studied Political Science and Government at the University of Münster.

In terms of certifications, Tetyana attended the Reimagine Education Conference in 2020, organized by Reimagine Education Awards & Conference, where they obtained their attendee certification in January 2021. Tetyana also earned the Across Boundaries Speaker Badge from LearnLaunch in January 2019.
