Isis Freitas

Isis Freitas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Isis has worked as the Head of Business Intelligence at Learnlight since July 2023. Prior to that, they held a position in Digital Transformation & Business Intelligence at the same company from June 2019 to August 2023. Before joining Learnlight, Isis worked as an Internationalist at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Portugal from September 2017 to June 2019. Isis also founded and led Isis Consultants from March 2015 to January 2017, where they spearheaded projects such as the internationalization of Brazilian architecture and the restructuring of a large French bank in Brazil. Additionally, Isis worked as a Corporate Trainee of Strategy and Innovation at Grupo Fleury from October 2013 to March 2015, where they played a key role in acquisition integration, developed financial and operational analysis dashboards, and researched healthtech companies in the Brazilian market. Prior to that, they served as an Advisor of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) at the Permanent Mission of Brazil to the UN Office in New York from April 2013 to July 2013. Isis also gained experience in governmental and public affairs during their internship at Nike from August 2010 to August 2011, where they worked on projects such as the Homeless World Cup and the creation of sports facilities in impoverished communities. Isis started their career as a Financial Market Analyst at Federal Investimentos from March 2010 to July 2010 and also completed an internship in Key Account Management at Deutsche Telekom from January 2010 to April 2010.

Isis Freitas has a diverse and impressive education history in the field of International Relations and Affairs. Isis obtained a Master's degree from Universidade de Coimbra, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they had a foreign exchange experience at Institut catholique de Paris. Isis also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, and they completed an International Negotiations Certification program at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.

In addition to their formal education, Isis has also pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Isis obtained the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in October 2023, and the Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst certification from Microsoft in February 2023. Isis also completed the Google Data Analytics certification offered by Google in October 2022. Other certifications include Product Management Foundations from Mind the Product in September 2022, and Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team from LinkedIn in May 2022.

Isis has also engaged in additional academic pursuits, such as being a participant of the Center of Studies for International Relations (CERI) at Sciences Po. Isis has demonstrated a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
