Kathleen Griffin

Kathleen Griffin is an experienced Intercultural and Communication Trainer with a career spanning over a decade, currently serving at Griffin International Consulting since February 2009. Expertise includes intercultural training for diverse cultural dynamics, coaching for individuals and teams, and developing customized workshops in communication skills and team building. In addition to leading in-house business English seminars, Kathleen also provides training for management and HR teams to enhance their intercultural competency. Concurrently, roles include Freelance Intercultural Trainer at Learnlight and Contract Intercultural Consultant at Brookfield Global Relocation Services. Previous positions include Intercultural Researcher and Contract Language Trainer, complemented by a Master's degree in International Studies from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication with minors in Management and Sociology from Western Illinois University.
