Louise Mothersdale

Louise Mothersdale has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Louise started their career in 2007 as an English Tutor at Training Express, where they taught business students how to improve their communication skills in English. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Resorthoppa.com as a Customer Service Manager and was then promoted to Overseas General Manager, overseeing operations worldwide. In 2012, they joined Beniconnect.com as a General Manager, responsible for ensuring smooth operations, customer service, and website improvement. Since 2013, Louise has been with Learnlight, initially working as a Business English Trainer, where they taught mature business students and helped improve their English skills. Louise then became a Team Leader, supporting a global team of trainers and mentoring new hires. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Virtual Language Trainer Support, responsible for ensuring high-quality classes and trainer engagement at Learnlight.

Louise Mothersdale attended Pudsey Grammar School from 1980 to 1986 and obtained 6 "O" levels during that time. Louise also has additional certifications, including an Excellence Certificate from Learnlight obtained in August 2018 and a CIEE TEFL and TESOL certificate obtained in July 2015.
