Laura Cardona Tejada

Laura Cardona Tejada is an experienced professional specializing in employee experience and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an Employee Experience Coordinator at Learnosity, Laura has also co-founded Potencializamos and held significant roles at Universidad del Norte, including Head of Wellness and Employee Experience Officer and Head of Talent Acquisition. Additionally, Laura was the Deputy Director at Corporación Promotora de Excelencia Profesional - PEP and began as an Assistant Psychologist in the Recruitment Office at Universidad del Norte.
