Roger Marley

Roger Marley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Roger started their career in 2009 as an Engineer at iPower Solutions and later worked as an Engineer at CRCMining from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Freelance Web Developer. In 2018, Roger joined 4mation Technologies as a Senior Full Stack Developer, where they were involved in back-end development, DevOps, and front-end development. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Full Stack Developer at Jaywing Australia, where they provided consultancy on web development and team management. Currently, Roger is working at Learnosity as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead, leading the STEM engineering team and developing math-related ed-tech products using various technologies such as Node, Typescript, React, and more.

Roger Marley holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from The University of Queensland. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
