Prior to this venture, Kushal held significant roles at AbbVie from September 2015 to December 2021, including Principal Research Scientist and Group Lead for the Cross-functional Modeling Forum, where responsibilities encompassed leading a team in computational and data sciences, developing scientific computing tools, and fostering a collaborative culture among data scientists.
