James P. Dollive

James (Jim) P. Dollive joined the UL Board of Directors in 2008, where he currently serves as chair of the Finance Committee. Jim is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in the food industry. He provides guidance on UL’s long-term global growth strategy through his deep understanding of finance and consumer products.

Most recently, Jim served as a chief financial officer (CFO) of Schwan Foods. Prior to Schwan’s, Jim was the CFO of Kraft Foods, where he was involved in Kraft’s initial public offering, the acquisition of Nabisco, and multiple financings. His experience has been built on his 30-year career at Kraft where he held a variety of executive positions, including vice president of finance for Kraft Canada, and senior vice president of strategy for Kraft Europe.
