Marla C. Gottschalk

Marla Gottschalk joined the UL Board of Directors in 2009, where she currently serves as chair of the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Nominating and Governance committee. She provides guidance on UL’s financial planning and long-term growth strategy by using her deep understanding of multinational corporate operations.

As the former chief executive officer (CEO) of Pampered Chef, a seller of high-quality kitchen and entertaining products, Marla led their executive team for 10 years. Prior to Pampered Chef, she held several executive roles at Kraft Foods, including senior vice president of Financial Planning and Investor Relations, executive vice president and general manager of Post Cereals.
