Graceanne McGinnis Schwegel

Graceanne McGinnis Schwegel has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as an English as a Second Language Assistant at Cinnaminson Township School District. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Site Director for Millbridge Elementary School and Camp Director at YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties.

In 2012, they became the School Age Childcare and Camp Director at Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA and held the position until 2015. Graceanne then joined Better Tomorrows, where they served as the Associate Director of Youth and Family Programs from 2015 to 2016, and later as the Associate Director of Programs from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Graceanne joined LearnWell as the Deputy Director until 2019. Graceanne then took on the role of Senior Director of Childcare Programs at CUMBERLAND CAPE ATLANTIC Y M C A OF NEW JERSEY from 2019 to 2020.

Currently, Graceanne is working at LearnWell as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Their responsibilities include full cycle recruitment, managing job postings, improving the ATS system, managing applicant and employee information, contributing to marketing resources and social media outreach, and participating in talent development and strategic planning.

Graceanne McGinnis Schwegel completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lycoming College from 2004 to 2008. Graceanne went on to pursue a Master's degree in Non-Profit Management from Johnson & Wales University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Graceanne also attended Cinnaminson High School from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, they hold various certifications, including an Elementary Teaching Certificate from the State of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, an F License from the U.S. Soccer Federation, a Soccer for Success Trainer certification from the U.S. Soccer Foundation, and a Team Leader certification from the YMCA of the USA (National Resource Office).
