Christina Giannakopoulou has diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Christina currently holds the role of Customer Support Assistant Manager at LearnWorlds, where they are responsible for managing customer support activities. Previously, they worked as a Support Specialist at the same company, specializing in troubleshooting and gathering information to solve platform issues.

Prior to LearnWorlds, from 2019 to 2020, Christina worked as a Central Operations Associate at Praxia Bank. In this role, they supported offline operations by creating and maintaining procedures and systems manuals. Christina'searlier experience includes working as a Sales Associate at CQS S.A. from 2008 to 2011, where they activated cards for retail Alpha Bank customers and promoted retail credit products. Christina also worked as a Human Resources Associate at the Greek Public Power Corporation in 2007, mainly handling payroll administration and HR operations. In 2006, they were an Office Associate at the Bank of Greece, responsible for composing official documents and managing HR inquiries.

Christina Giannakopoulou attended the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at an unspecified time and studied in the Faculty of History and Archaeology. In 2020, they enrolled at the Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon to pursue courses in Human Resources Management & Organizational Analysis as well as HTML5 & JavaScript - First steps in Web Development.

In terms of certifications, Christina obtained an Insurance Intermediary Certificate from the Bank of Greece in November 2019. Christina also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English (ECPE) from the University of Michigan, achieved in July 2012. Furthermore, they received a Certificate of ECDL Progress from the ECDL Foundation in January 2007.
