Brian Gezella

Brian Gezella has had an extensive career in finance and technology leadership. Brian began their career in 2001 at Kern, DeWenter, & Viere, Ltd. where they provided tax, accounting and consulting services. In 2006, they joined StoneArch Creative as Chief Financial Officer, where they led the agency's financial strategies, managed the agency-wide budgeting process, managed financial reporting and compliance, oversaw contractual agreements, and established strategic partnerships with vendors and peer companies. In 2013, they became the Owner / CFO-Consultant / COO-Consultant at Finance and Technology Leadership, Inc. (FATL). At FATL, they provided CFO and COO Consultant services for Online Technology Businesses, SaaS/Software Businesses, Professional Services and Manufacturers. Also in 2013, they became the COO and CFO of MOTI Sports, Inc. In 2016, they co-founded LearnYour Benefits and LearnYourWorkLife, where they served as CEO. At LearnYour Benefits, they created a video-first benefits education and engagement platform for any size organization.

Brian Gezella attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a degree in Accounting with a focus on Accounting, Finance and Organizational Development. Brian also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from Minnesota.
