Nick Heath

Nick Heath is an experienced credit professional with a robust background in credit analysis and management. Currently serving as Credit Manager at Lease Corporation of America since July 2019, Nick previously held the role of Senior Credit Analyst within the same company. Prior to this, a tenure at Marlin Capital Solutions as Senior Credit Analyst and at Zions Credit Corp as Credit Analyst established a solid foundation in underwriting and credit presentations for transactions up to $2,500,000. Earlier experience includes serving as Asset Management Officer, where responsibilities involved equipment appraisals and portfolio evaluations. Nick began a career in finance at Far West Bank as a Consumer Loan Officer/New Accounts. An academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University, earned in 2007.
