Charlie Baxter

Charlie Baxter is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as an Architect and Senior Project Engineer at Lease Crutcher Lewis since November 2025, Charlie previously held the position of Project Architect at SERA Architects from July 2019 to September 2025, and at Leeb Architects from March 2013 to June 2019. Earlier career roles included Architect at Carleton Hart Architecture PC from January 2012 to January 2013 and an architectural intern at the same firm from September 2006 to December 2009. Charlie earned a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from the University of Idaho, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2006.
