Jeri Mar

Jeri Mar is the current Rental Coordinator at Lease Crutcher Lewis. Prior to that, they held the position of Detailer II at Benson Curtain Wall & Glass from November 2013 to October 2017. In that role, they were responsible for producing and revising plans, elevations, sections, and details for shop drawing documents, as well as assisting in the creation/revision of fabrication and tag drawings. Jeri also produced 3D models and renderings in Revit and/or AutoCAD, and reviewed bid documents for design conformance. Other duties included providing liaison with a third party structural engineer, aiding engineering staff in understanding design concepts for projects, coordinating with the Estimating department to provide pricing data, interfacing with suppliers and vendors to confirm feasibility of manufacture for new components, attending design meetings with clients, and meeting strict deadlines.

From March 2012 to November 2013, Jeri Mar was a Designer II at SSOE Group. And prior to that, they completed two internship roles: first as a Sustainable Materials Research Intern at Suzanne Zuniga Architect, LLC from June 2011 to August 2011; and second as a CAD Drafter Intern at Project Management Resources from April 2011 to June 2011.

Jeri Mar started their educational career by earning a certificate in sustainable building from Portland Community College. Jeri then went on to earn an Associate of Applied Science in architectural design and drafting from the same school. After that, they completed general studies courses at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and West De Pere High.

Their manager is Jeff Cleator, President, Seattle. They are on a team with Tina Sealey - Safety Director, Gary Smith - Executive Vice President, and Joe Jung - Payroll Specialist, Seattle.
