Karen Lee

As a member of Lewis’ board of directors, Karen offers impressive leadership experience in for-profit business, non-profit business, state government and the U.S. Army. Karen currently leads Pioneer Human Services, one of the nation’s largest non-profit social-enterprise business organizations. She has dedicated much of her service with Pioneer to providing work opportunities for disenfranchised citizens—with a total of 50% of justice-involved employees—and job training programs resulting in a recidivism rate of less than one percent. During her free time, Karen enjoys staying active with her husband traveling and enjoying the outdoors. They enjoy spending time with their family, often cheering on their grandchildren at their sporting events.
