Matt Filkins

As Chief Administrative Officer, Matt focuses on strategic planning and organizational development. Matt’s experience includes working for Fortune 50 companies and family-owned businesses, leading a consulting firm and running a successful start-up business. Passionate about people, Matt enjoys the opportunity to make a positive impact through the continuous development of Lewis employees. He serves as treasurer and board member for Candlelighters for Children with Cancer and is an active council member at SouthLake Church in West Linn. When he’s not in the office, Matt enjoys fly fishing, golfing, coaching youth sports teams and spending time with his wife and three children.
