Brian Engen

Brian Engen has a strong background in software engineering and architecture. Brian currently holds the position of Sr. Software Architect at LeaseCrunch since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer (Contractor) at the same company from March 2019 to November 2020.

In 2018, Brian was a Software Engineer (Contractor) at Northwestern Mutual.

From July 2017 to September 2018, they were a Lead Software Architect at Red Arrow Labs, preceded by a role as a Software Engineer from November 2013 to July 2017.

Brian worked at Connecture from January 2012 to November 2013, first as a Sr. Application Developer and later as a Tech Lead. At Connecture, they led a team of developers in building an e-commerce platform for private health insurance exchanges.

In 2011, Brian had a role as a Consultant at New Resources Consulting and as a Software Engineer III at Fidelity National Information Services, where they implemented a new web application.

Brian'sexperience also includes working at NightHawk Radiology Services as a Software Engineer from August 2006 to January 2011, where they integrated Java Swing with a .NET speech recognition platform and redesigned a report dictation and workflow management application. Brian started their career as an Intern: Software Developer/Tester at the same company from May 2005 to August 2006.

Brian Engen began their career as an IT Manager and Development Lead at the Rapid Prototyping Center from September 2004 to August 2006. In this role, they maintained Windows domain users, groups, and application deployment, designed and built workstations, and improved client portal website maintenance and order entry.

Brian Engen attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Software Engineering and Mathematics.
