Jess Vento

Jess Vento is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in lease accounting and client success. As the Senior Director of Accounting at LeaseCrunch since January 2021, Jess directs training and support operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams and enhancing client satisfaction through effective software use. Previous roles include Director of Property Accounting at Founders 3 Real Estate Services, where Jess managed financial operations for over 160 properties and led training initiatives. Jess has also held significant positions within the Accounting & Financial Women's Alliance, including President, and has a strong educational background, holding an MBA in Leadership and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ottawa University.
