James Betterment

James Betterment has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. James most recently held the position of Director of Product Design at LeaseHawk since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead UI/UX Designer at LeaseHawk from September 2017 to August 2020. James also has experience as a freelance web developer, where they worked as a self-employed UI/UX Designer and Web Developer since June 2014.

Before their freelance work, James worked at Reztech as a Lead UI/UX Designer from April 2016 to September 2017. James also gained experience as a UI/UX Developer at Ping! Development from August 2015 to April 2016. Additionally, they worked as a freelance graphic designer from January 2012 to January 2016.

James has also held internships and managerial roles. James worked as a Web Designer Intern at DeMark Analytics LLC from June 2014 to June 2015. James served as an Operations Manager at The Lunch (Speaker Series) at Arizona State University from August 2013 to June 2015. James was also involved in the TEC (The Entrepreneurship Company) Club at Arizona State University, where they held the position of Vice President from August 2013 to June 2015, and was a student member in 2013-2014.

Furthermore, James gained early work experience as a food runner at Verrado Golf Club and Grille from November 2011 to May 2013. With a strong background in product design, UI/UX, web development, and graphic design, James brings a diverse skill set to their work.

James Betterment attended Arizona State University from 2012 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Technology Entrepreneurship and Management with a focus on Design. Following this, they continued their education at the same university from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications, specializing in General Design and Visual Communications.
