Tricia Ward

Tricia Ward has extensive experience in sales and business development in the real estate industry. Tricia is currently working as the VP of Sales and Business Development at LeaseHawk, a company that provides cutting-edge technologies using artificial intelligence and natural language processing for apartment management companies. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Business Development at Asset Essentials, LLC and held the same role from 2019 to 2020. Tricia also worked as the National Sales representative at Rent Dynamics from 2016 to 2019, where they focused on contact center and lead management platforms. Before that, they were a National Sales representative at Pynwheel, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Tricia's career began at Vaultware in 2003, where they worked in sales until 2014. Tricia started their professional journey at Homestore in 1997, where they served as the Director of Sales until 2003.

Tricia Ward attended the University of Oklahoma from 1979 to 1984. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree with a major in Journalism-Mass Communications/Advertising.
