Janine Steiner Jovanovic is an accomplished executive and educator with extensive experience in corporate strategy and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at LeaseLock since June 2023, Jovanovic has also held significant teaching roles at SMU Cox School of Business, focusing on conflict resolution in the workplace. Previous positions include Principal at UrbanStreet Advisors, Partner and Chief Growth Officer at Middleburg Communities, and Executive Vice President of Asset Optimization Solutions at RealPage, Inc., where strategic initiatives in revenue management and analytics were led. Jovanovic's career further includes leadership roles at JPI Companies and KPMG US, enhancing systems and processes for growth and transformation in real estate. Jovanovic holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University and a Master’s degree from the University of Toronto.
