David Duncan

David Duncan has a strong background in finance and strategy with experience in various leadership roles. David currently serves as the Director of Finance at FinQuery, where they lead financial strategy, planning, analysis, and modeling for a high-growth private SaaS company. David has also been a trusted advisor on GTM planning and strategic initiatives.

Prior to that, David worked at Microsoft for four years, where they held several senior finance manager positions. In their role as Senior Finance Manager for Microsoft Office Commercial Revenue Planning, they oversaw commercial software revenue forecasting for the $30B Microsoft Office business. David also led revenue forecasting for the $3B commercial Surface business and was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for global revenue adjustments across B2C and B2B Surface business.

Before joining Microsoft, David gained valuable experience at Boeing as a Financial Analyst. David worked on financial risk assessments and business cases for multi-billion-dollar commercial aviation projects and future technologies.

Throughout their career, David has consistently delivered analysis, insights, and financial guidance to drive business performance and growth.

David Duncan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of New Orleans. David then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, graduating in 2020.
