Rohan Petty

Rohan Petty's work experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at LeaseTrack since June 2022. In this position, they evaluate business processes, identifies areas for improvement, and implements solutions. Rohan also leads ongoing reviews of business processes and performs requirements analysis.

Prior to their current role, Rohan worked as a Web Developer, Graphic Designer, Drone Photographer, and Videographer from January 2010 to May 2022.

Rohan also served as an ICT Manager at the Government of Anguilla from October 2014 to December 2021. In this role, they developed and implemented ICT strategies, managed daily operations and administration of information systems, and coordinated the development of various information systems.

Rohan was also an Analyst Programmer at the Government of Anguilla from October 2014 to September 2019.

Additionally, they were a Board Member at Anguilla Community College from September 2015 to September 2021. In this position, they reviewed metric outcomes, oversaw budgets and audit reports, and documented and analyzed current business processes for potential improvements.

Before starting their career in ICT and business analysis, Rohan worked as an Assistant Customs Officer at the Government of Anguilla from January 2010 to September 2011.

Rohan Petty has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Information Systems and Management (First Class Honours) from Middlesex University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Albena Lake-Hodge Comprehensive School 6th Form and earned an Associate's degree in General Studies. In addition to their formal education, Rohan has obtained several certifications, including "Characteristics of a Great Scrum Master," "What Is Scrum?," "Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)," "Customer Success Management Fundamentals," and "Certified ScrumMaster" from various institutions such as LinkedIn and the Scrum Alliance.
