Aastha Puri Jain

Aastha Puri Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and project management. Currently serving as Global Process Manager at Leaseweb since February 2023, Aastha previously held key positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk, including IT Service Management Sr Specialist & Agile Project Manager, where the role focused on tooling integrations and stakeholder management. As Head of IT Service Management for Asia, Aastha led a team of over 40 in setting up operations in Pune and overseeing various aspects of IT service management. Aastha’s earlier stint at Tata Consultancy Services included roles as Information Technology Process Consultant and Agile Coach, among others, managing service transitions and implementing agile practices. Aastha holds multiple degrees in Computer Science and Information Technology from esteemed institutions, including SNDT Women's University and the University of Mumbai.
