David Leason

David Leason is a highly experienced intellectual property attorney currently serving as Partner and Managing Partner at Leason Ellis LLP since April 2008. Specializing in complex robotic systems and a diverse range of technologies, including telecommunications, medical devices, and software, David Leason has demonstrated extensive expertise in patent prosecution, patentability studies, and intellectual property portfolio management. Prior experience includes serving as Partner, Risk Manager, and Procedures Chairman at Darby & Darby from September 1992 to March 2008, where similar concentrations in technology were maintained. Academically, David Leason holds a J.D. from Benjamin N.
