Yuval Marcus

Yuval Marcus is a Partner at Leason Ellis LLP, where since June 2009, Yuval has led the litigation practice, specializing in intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, trade dress, copyright, and trade secret cases, as well as domain name disputes and trademark oppositions and cancellations. Prior to this role, Yuval worked as an IP Attorney at Gottlieb, Rackman & Reisman, P.C. from December 2004 to June 2009, and served as an Attorney at Squadron, Ellenoff from October 1994 to October 1997. Yuval holds a B.A. in History from Yale University and a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law.
