Catherine Dixon

Catherine Dixon is an experienced professional with a distinguished career in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Mentor at The Rebel School since January 2024, Catherine supports new entrepreneurs in strategy and business development. Catherine's role as a Non Executive Director at Leatherback, beginning in May 2022, focuses on enabling global finance and commerce opportunities. Previously, Catherine held various leadership positions at NIUM, including Chief Operating Officer UK and Head of Bank Sales and Relationships UK and Western Europe, leading operational activities and bank sales strategy for the company's open banking platform. Additional experience includes the role of Head of OECD Bank and Non-Bank Financial Institutions at Crown Agents Bank, and significant positions at the Association of UK Payment Institutions, BFC Bank Limited, Standard Chartered Bank, and Lehman Brothers, where Catherine contributed to developing pivotal relationships and strategies across multiple markets. Catherine holds an M.A. in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge.
