Andrew Wallace

Andrew is one of Leathwaite’s founding partners and in 2017 was appointed Managing Partner to help spearhead Leathwaite’s global strategic initiatives. Formerly, he led the global HR, Executive Interim and Blockchain teams for the business. Over the last decade, he has also built and led the Governance business for Leathwaite, which includes the Risk, Legal, Compliance and Government Affairs practices. Additionally Andrew has oversight of the EMEA business and Zurich office.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. Prior to Leathwaite, Andrew worked in New York, building the US arm of a leading UK consultancy, and joined an emerging markets search firm with responsibility for finance and operations search. He partnered with investment banks operating in London, New York and Central and Eastern Europe.
