Andy Demesier is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and digital practice within the executive search and leadership talent advisory sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Global Technology and Digital Practice at Leathwaite since October 2025, Andy previously worked at Spencer Stuart as an Executive Search Consultant, focusing on recruiting transformative technology leaders across various industries from November 2021 to October 2025. Prior to this, Andy had a long tenure at Bloomberg from May 2006 to November 2021, holding various roles, including Enterprise Data Sales Development Team Leader, where significant contributions were made to sales growth and client relationship management. Andy’s early career included a role as a REALTOR with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alliance Real Estate. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rutgers University–Newark.
