Kevin Parker

Kevin Parker is a Partner in Leathwaite’s New York and Dallas office and is a member of the firm’s Commercial and Digital Practice as well as the Technology And Operations Practice. With more than 20 years of executive search and leadership consulting experience, Kevin specializes in consumer banking and payments with functional expertise supporting information technology organizations.

Kevin has led search assignments for the top national banking and financial services companies. He has directed senior client engagements with leading payments and fintech organizations across the US. He has worked closely with these clients to place senior executives into roles such as Chief Executive Officer, Head of Cards, Mortgage and Retail Banking, Chief Information Officer, CISO and multiple General Management and President level business unit executives.

Kevin was most recently a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles in their Dallas and New York offices and a member of the global Financial Services Practice and Technology Officers Practice. Kevin was also the Sector Lead for Payments and led relationships across several of the firm’s major accounts. Previously, Kevin was managing director and senior engagement director at two of the top 15 boutique executive search firms, where he led their financial services and payments practice and was a member of the firm’s Diversity and Venture Capital practices.

Before becoming an executive recruiter, Kevin held the position of vice president of executive recruiting at Wells Fargo, where he led the internal executive search team supporting the Consumer Lending, Cards and Information Technology divisions on a national basis.
