Rebecca leads the London-based HR Search team, with expertise across the financial services sector. Covering the whole spectrum of HR specialisms, Rebecca has partnered with leading global businesses to source, assess and secure top talent from a range of backgrounds and industries. Rebecca additionally supports Leathwaite’s global client base as part of the global HR Search practice.

Prior to joining Leathwaite Rebecca worked at Maze Executive Search and Selection, a financial services infrastructure specialist recruitment firm. She partnered with her clients to hire mid-level talent into investment banking finance roles.
