Demarin Montgomery

Demarin Montgomery has diverse work experience in human resources and administration. They currently hold the position of Director of Accounts & Reports at Leavenworth USD 453 since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Fort Leavenworth Schools USD 207 as the Human Resources Director from January 2020 to July 2023, and as the Human Resources Manager from July 2016 to December 2019. Before that, they served as the Human Resources & Benefits Assistant at Leavenworth USD 453 from July 2013 to July 2016. In addition, they have experience in the retail industry, having worked for Dillons Grocery Store in various roles such as Human Resources Store Specialist, Customer Service Manager, Assistant Customer Service Manager, and Customer Service Cashier/Front End Supervisor from 2006 to 2013.

Demarin Montgomery earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Kansas City Kansas Community College from 2007 to 2009. Afterwards, from 2010 to 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Upper Iowa University. Demarin later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Webster University, completing it from 2013 to 2015.
