Jay Rosen

Jay Rosen founded HMA in 1985 and today, as HMA president and co-chairman, continues to directly engage in shaping the strategic vision for the firm, leading its growth, serving clients and inspiring innovation across the spectrum of publicly funded health care programs. Jay is a nationally recognized expert in health policy, health economics and health finance. He directs a variety of major projects for public and private sector clients.
