Toshit also has experience as a General Manager (Prod) at Alpine Poly Rub Pvt Ltd, Senior Production Manager at Relaxo Footwear Ltd, and Operational Head at Apex Shoe Company Private Limited. Additionally, Toshit worked as HOD R&D/Production at Campus Activewear Ltd and Manager at both Apex Shoe Company Private Limited and Action Shoes Group. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as strategic planning, quality improvement, production management, and liaisoning with external agencies.
Toshit Dhawan's education history begins in 1976, when they attended Spring Dales School and completed their 10+2 degree in the field of Science. After that, from 1990 to 1993, they pursued a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from the Board of Technical Education, Delhi (Pusa Polytechnic). Following this, they obtained a Bachelor's of Commerce degree (B.COM) from Delhi University between 1990 and 1993. Finally, in 2017, they enrolled at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University and successfully completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a dual specialization in Marketing and Operations from 2017 to 2019.
