Maya Hachem

Maya Hachem currently serves as the Senior Director of Finance, Grants & Contracts at Lebanese American University since November 2023. Additionally, Maya is an Accredited Financial Management Consultant at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) since October 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Chief Financial Officer for the Water Supply Augmentation Project and Funding Specialist at the Council for Development and Reconstruction from February 2007 to February 2024, and as Assistant Manager at Semaan, Gholam & Co from July 2001 to January 2007. Educational qualifications include a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, a LACPA in Auditing & Accounting from the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy, and multiple degrees in Business Administration and Management from Université Saint Joseph.
