Sylvia Hollingworth Reichle

Sylvia Hollingworth Reichle, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Lebanon TN since September 2014, overseeing a team of nine professionals in Human Resources, Safety & Risk Management, and Payroll & Benefits, managing a payroll and benefits budget of $36MM. Previously, as Director of Human Resources at Aetna from May 2011 to May 2014, Sylvia led a team of ten HR professionals supporting operations in Arizona, Tennessee, California, and Utah, focusing on HR consulting and talent acquisition for over 1,000 employees. As Director of Human Resources at OpenWorks from January 2001 to April 2011, Sylvia developed talent acquisition programs and implemented HRIS systems, enhancing the HR infrastructure to support a national contract with Amazon. Sylvia holds a BA in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of Northern Iowa.
